I have always been a nerdy girl who loves to learn. I may not have always been a straight A student growing up (my forays into honors-level math solidified my place in the world as a writer), but learning more about this crazy world around me has always been an interest. And probably one of the reasons I started off my career in journalism. The chance to live someone else’s life for a story? Yes, please!
So when I got serious about blogging last year, I started searching for classes and online courses to further my knowledge. I read blogging articles off Pinterest like crazy. Last summer I even attended The Blogcademy’s class in Austin, which set me on the path towards what The Good Groupie has evolved into over the past 10 months.
And taking Sarah Morgan’s Badass Babes E-course solidified that journey – and my next steps as I prepare to make the jump to WordPress, among other things.
